摘要:
以玻璃纤维为增强材料,酚醛树脂为胶粘剂,研究了浸胶玻璃纤维布的配置层数和配置模式对杨木混凝土模板用胶合板静曲强度和弹性模量的影响。结果表明:浸胶玻璃纤维布对杨木胶合板的顺纹和横纹静曲强度及弹性模量均具有明显的增强效果,且随玻璃纤维布层数增加,产品的静曲强度和弹性模量均呈现上升趋势。增加玻璃纤维布数量对产品静曲强度的增强效果优于弹性模量;玻璃纤维层数相同而配置模式不同的杨木胶合板静曲强度和弹性模量差异较大,将玻璃纤维配布靠近于表层配置可以发挥更好的增强效果。
Abstract:
Several type of poplar plywood reinforeced with PF impregnated glass fiber was made in laboratory. Effects of layer number and arrangement of glass fiber in the mat on MOR and MOE of the poplar plywood were discussed in this paper. Result shows that, PF impregnated glass fiber have a great reinforcement effect on MOR and MOE of the product whether in the parallel to grain direction or in the perpendicular direction. As layer number of glass fiber increases in the mat, MOR and MOE of poplar plywood trend to increase. But it was more effective on MOR than MOE by increasing layer numer of glass fiber. Different arrangement of glass fiber in the mat layup sequence was also of influence on the strength properties of the product. Test result showed that there was more reinforcement effect by arranging the PF impregnated glass fibers to close to the surface layer of poplar plywood.
