随着传统制造业智能制造帷幕的开启,生产过程的每个工序都在向数字化转型和升级,对定制家居而言,如何解决关键瓶颈工序造成的技术问题,是实现家居产业智能制造转型的基础。以定制家居揉单生产过程中的分拣工序为例,在分析现有人工分拣效率低、错误率高及材料利用率低等问题的基础上,结合智能分拣的系统构成和工艺过程等基本原理,搭建了基于揉单生产定制家居自动识别与智能分拣关键技术架构,包括揉单生产订单排序优化技术、自动分拣智能系统设计技术、分拣过程中的自动识别技术、自动分拣可视化动态管理平台搭建技术。并结合某生产实际,设计了基于“2020+WCC”的定制家居揉单生产订单排序优化技术、基于“输送线+机器手+立体库”的定制家居自动分拣智能系统设计技术、基于“二维码自动识别技术”的定制家居自动信息采集与处理、基于“ERP+MES+WCS+WMS”的定制家居自动分拣可视化动态管理平台的搭建等定制家居智能分拣系统架构。结果显示,该智能分拣系统在企业的实际应用后,可使得分拣准确率达到99%,分拣效率显著提升,单个揉单批次订单数量增加了3倍以上,材料利用率由原来的78%提升至88%。
Abstract:
With the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the traditional manufacturing industry, each process of the production has been transformed and upgraded towards digitalization. As far as customized home furnishing, how to solve the problem of key processes is the basis of realizing the transformation of Intelligent Manufacturing in the home furnishing industry. In this study, taking the sorting process in the mixed production of customized home furnishing as an example, the existing problems such as low efficiency of manual sorting, high error rate and low utilization rate of materials are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the basic principles of intelligent sorting system composition and process, the key technical framework of automatic identification and intelligent sorting based on the mixed production of customized home furnishing is put forward. The key technology system mainly includes the order sorting optimization technology of the mixed production, the design technology of automatic sorting intelligent system, the automatic identification technology in the sorting process, and the construction technology of automatic sorting visual dynamic management platform. As the results of this study, the architecture of intelligent sorting system of the customized home furnishing is designed for the practical application. The design includes the order sorting optimization technology of the mixed production based on “2020 + WCC”, the design technology of automatic sorting intelligent system of customized home furnishing based on “conveyor line + robot hand + stereo warehouse”, the automatic information collecting and processing technology of customized home furnishing based on “twodimensional code automatic identification technology”, the construction technology of automatic sorting visual dynamic management platform of customized home furnishing based on “ERP + MES + WCS + WMS”, etc. The results show that after the actual application of the intelligent sorting system in the enterprise, the sorting accuracy can reach 99%, the sorting efficiency can be significantly improved, the number of single mixed batch orders can be increased by more than three times, and the utilization rate of materials can be increased from 78% to 88%.
